My Books!

Hi, Carly!

Hello.  Thanks for stopping by. Please help me welcome
my guest, Carly Fall.  Carly, we're glad to meet you.
1.Could you tell the readers a little bit about yourself?

I am wife to Geoff, mom to Riddick, and slave to Nicky the dog J  My husband and I are business owners, which takes up immense amounts of my time.  I think chocolate should be considered its own food group, and I wish Christmas happened twice a year.  I love the hot summer nights here in Arizona when my family and I play in our pool until late at night, and I hate politicians.

2.That's one of the best answers anyone ever gave me.  What drew you to the paranormal genre?

I like the paranormal genre because as an author you really don’t have to play by the rules of “real life.”  Your characters are allowed to do fantastic and fabulous things, live in worlds of their own and have special abilities without the confines of just being a human.

3.How long does it take you to write a book?

That depends.  My first book, Shackled to the Night, took me over a year.  My second book, Hidden in the Night, which is the sequel, took two months.  The Light Within Me (Book 1 of the Six Savior Series) and Finding My Faith (Book 2)  took about three to four months each.

4.What's the hardest part of writing?  The easiest?

The hardest part about writing for me is finding the time.  I would love to be able do nothing but write!
I don't know if there is anything "easy" about writing.  I find it wonderfully challenging.

5.Tell us a little bit about Finding My Faith.

Finding My Faith is the second book in the Six Savior Series focusing on the warrior Rayner.  Over two hundred years ago, a group of vicious criminals escaped from their prison on the planet of SR44.  They landed on Earth, and have become some of our worst criminals such as Jack the Ripper and Jeffrey Dahmer.  The people of SR44 sent six warriors to destroy those criminals.

Rayner is the all work and no play guy who desperately wants to go home, but knows that won't be possible until their mission is complete.  He also has a gift that he feels is a curse:  he can see spirits caught in the ether between life and death.  There's very little he can do for them, so he ignores them.

Faith is a human who gets mixed up with one of the criminals, and almost dies.  Rayner can see her, and when he realizes that she may be able to help him catch the criminal and get home, he engages her.  Drama, romance and love ensue.
