Blurb:
If up and coming realtor Holly Grant can buy Turnaround Farm for her client, her business will boom. Who says you have to have a man in your life to complete you? She’s fine as she is thank you very much. Her first problem is that Jeb Wakefield doesn’t want to sell his farm, and her second problem is Jeb’s grandson Dan, the finest looking man Holly’s ever seen.

Excerpt: Chapter One
Last week

If she had kept quiet in the kitchen, Jeb would have looked at her proposal tonight. Going to the horse show just because Dan Wakefield was so drop dead gorgeous reminded her of something her mother, Rita, might have done, and she’d rather die than be like her mother. “You deserve to be fired for that,” she groused.

“But you won’t fire me, will you?” Loretta giggled. “Nobody else would put up with you. Oh, and Holly, I don’t think it was my imagination that made me think you were sniffing his clothes. Were you hoping to find out how he smells?”

“No! For the love of goodness, let me go to sleep.”

This Week: We're picking up where we left off last week.

Loretta’s tone turned serious as her cold feet met Holly’s. “It’s okay to be attracted to him, you know. He’s a handsome man, and being a business woman doesn’t mean you have to give up all interest in the opposite sex."

Holly refused to answer, so Loretta soon turned over, gave a little snort, and fell asleep.

How does she do that? My mind’s going in circles thinking about Dan Wakefield because...because he’s so...sexy, she admitted, alarmed at the direction her thoughts had taken. Her face burned in the dark as she imagined how it might feel to kiss him. His lips looked just right for kissing.
Uneasily, she flipped over in the bed. His shirt was awful, though.
