Turnaround Farm is a kindle unlimited title available at

If up and coming realtor Holly Grant can buy Turnaround Farm for her client, her business will boom. Who says you have to have a man in your life to complete you? She’s fine as she is thank you very much. Her first problem is that Jeb Wakefield doesn’t want to sell his farm, and her second problem is Jeb’s grandson Dan, the finest looking man Holly’s ever seen.

Excerpt: Chapter One
Last week

If you’ll patch the hole in the back, it still has a lot of wear in it.”

“It’s too thin. If you have to work in the cold all day, you need a decent shirt. It’s bad enough that you work like a dog. The least I can do is buy you a warm shirt.”

Dan shrugged and shoveled another bite of beef stew into his mouth. “Fine. If you want me to have a shirt, buy me one. It’s stupid to waste the money, though.”

“You let me be the judge of that.”

This Week: We begin where we left off last week.

You've done a good job of making the women's sudden appearance mysterious.

I'm sure they won't leave them to freeze, but I don't think these realtors will get the warm welcome they were hoping for!
