Turnaround Farm is a kindle unlimited title available at

If up and coming realtor Holly Grant can buy Turnaround Farm for her client, her business will boom. Who says you have to have a man in your life to complete you? She’s fine as she is thank you very much. Her first problem is that Jeb Wakefield doesn’t want to sell his farm, and her second problem is Jeb’s grandson Dan, the finest looking man Holly’s ever seen.

Excerpt: Chapter One
Last week
“And that is?”

“You accompany Dan to the horse show as his date. There’ll be several social events he should attend, and I want you to go with him.”

Dan’s face turned several interesting shades of red. “No. I absolutely will not do it. If I want a date, I can get one myself. I don’t need my grandfather to do it for me.”

Holly’s eyebrows shot straight up when Jeb refused to back off. “If you refuse, I’ll look at her proposal right now, and after working in the cold all day, it might look pretty good.”

This Week: We pick up where we left off. Holly speaks first.

Terrific surprise when Dan asks her to go with him. The plot thickens! You have brought to life another interesting story.

Well this whole development is uncomfortable for everyone, clearly including the characters! Quite a setup for whatever is coming next in the book - fascinated by the excerpt...

Horse show, indeed. I predict there'll be a bit of horsing around between these two eventually.

I was surprised at Dan's reply! But excited at the same time!

I didn't expect Dan to go along with this. Intriguing.
