Welcome to Saturday Sample. Today we'll continue to share excerpts from Never Trust a Pretty Wolf.

Blurb:
Liesel Wolf has a secret, a dangerous secret she’ll go to any lengths to conceal. When she’s paired in a charity game with sexy marshal Andy Bryce, a man with secrets of his own, her carefully constructed world comes crashing down, and Liesel’s on a collision course with her past.

Chapter One

Last Week
Thomas Melton and his wife Irene lived about ten miles outside of Shady Corners. A nice stone wall that showed an amazing level of craftsmanship surrounded the property. Twelve or so horses grazed on a lush, green pasture that bordered the road.
On the far side of the pasture, Andy saw the house. It was a three-story, brick Georgian that blazed with lights. He also saw several nicely dressed men and women at the front door.

When he stopped his car, a valet immediately appeared to park it. Andy wondered how many people Melton expected. He wouldn’t have thought they needed valet parking, but if you had the money, why not?

He made his way to the door and saw a tall, thin, cheerful looking man shaking hands with all the newcomers.
