What is the sweetest thing someone has done for you?
On my sixteenth birthday, my boyfriend in high school, told me to close my eyes because he had a surprise for me. And then he kissed me.
How would you spend ten thousand bucks?
Ten thousand dollars?! That much money can buy a lot of books!!!
Where do you get your best ideas?
It is cliché, but usually they come to me in the shower or before I fall asleep, or in the middle of the night. I’ve learned to write these ideas down, right when they come to me, or risk losing them forever.
What comes first, the plot or characters?
I would say the characters, because it is their individual stories, that determine where the plot is going to end up going.
What does your main character do that makes him/her special.
Ash has an indomitable will. She has a spirit of “Invictus” like the poem, that means that she will not stop until either her or Malegaunt is dead.
